Book an Appointment

All sessions are scheduled for 90 minutes to allow time for conversation, assessment, hands-on treatment, and integration without rushing the process. This gives us space to address a specific concern while also considering the broader physical, emotional, and lived experiences that may be shaping how you feel in your body.

Whether your session is intended to support a structural concern, injury, surgery, chronic condition, stress, general maintenance, emotional well-being, spiritual grounding, or a broader desire to feel more connected and at ease in your body, I look forward to working together.

Session Options

Rest. Restore. Rejuvenate.

1 Hour 30 Minutes
Structural Work with a Quiet Rhythm
An invitation to slow down while still receiving thoughtful, focused bodywork.
This session blends structural techniques with slow, intentional strokes and unhurried touch. The aim is to support mobility, ease areas of restriction, and encourage a shift toward parasympathetic activity—the body’s natural state of rest, recovery, and repair.
Sometimes the most profound medicine is not doing more, but creating the conditions for the body to soften, settle, and respond.

Restore. Reset. Realign.

1 Hour 30 Minutes
Structural Alignment
A comprehensive bodywork session designed to assess patterns of tension, movement restriction, and structural imbalance. Integrating myofascial and decompression techniques, each treatment is tailored to improve tissue mobility, reduce strain, and support greater ease, balance, and efficiency of movement.

Sound Restorative Session

1 Hour 30 Minutes
Sound Medicine and Bodywork
Available beginning August 15
A restorative session blending therapeutic massage with the resonant sounds of singing bowls, bells, and other gentle instruments. Massage helps ease muscular tension and support physical comfort, while sound creates an atmosphere for rest, reflection, and nervous system settling.
Each session is adapted to your needs, offering time to slow down, reconnect with your body, and leave feeling more grounded, spacious, and restored.

Therapeutic Injury Treatment

1 Hour
Motor Vehicle Accident Rehabilitation
Treatment is designed to support recovery following a motor vehicle collision. Sessions may include assessment, myofascial therapy, manual therapy, movement education, and focused treatment for pain, soft-tissue restriction, and changes in functional movement.
Care is provided in accordance with your treatment plan and coordinated with your healthcare providers when appropriate.
Please contact the office before your appointment with any questions about required documentation, referrals, or claim information.

Therapeutic Focus Session

1 Hour
Focused Treatment

A targeted bodywork session designed to address one primary concern.

Ideal for injury recovery, acute flare-ups, or times when treatment is best directed toward a specific area or movement pattern. Each session draws on the same thoughtful assessment and manual therapy approach used in longer appointments, with care tailored to your immediate needs.

Available by special request only. Please email the office to schedule.

Gift of Care

1 Hour 30 Minutes
Therapeutic Bodywork Gift Certificate
A meaningful gift for birthdays, holidays, recovery, life transitions, or simply as an invitation to pause.
This gift certificate may be applied toward a personalized therapeutic bodywork session shaped around the recipient’s needs, comfort, and goals. Each appointment is grounded in attentive listening, client agency, and thoughtful, individualized care.
Offer someone you care about the gift of time: time to rest, recover, and reconnect with their body.

New Client Consultation

15 Minutes

Not sure if Anatomia Physical Medicine is the right fit for your needs? I offer a complimentary 30-minute telephone consultation to answer questions about my practice, discuss your health concerns, and help determine whether my approach is appropriate for your goals.

This conversation is an opportunity to learn more about the treatment process, scheduling, referrals, and what to expect before your first appointment. There is no obligation to schedule a session.

30 minutes

Building a private practice requires more than clinical skill. It also involves creating systems, setting boundaries, developing clear services, establishing pricing, communicating with clients, and building a practice that is both sustainable and reflective of your values.

Private practice consulting offers practical, individualized support for healthcare and wellness practitioners who are starting a new practice, restructuring an existing one, or feeling uncertain about what comes next.

Each consultation is shaped around your specific goals, experience, and stage of practice.

Private Practice Consulting

Why Ninety Minutes?

A 90-minute appointment allows you to do things that cannot happen in a shorter session:

  • Have a meaningful intake conversation

  • Assess movement patterns and compensations

  • Track changes in tissue response during treatment

  • Work with multiple connected regions of the body

  • Educate the client about what you are observing

  • Allow the nervous system time to settle and respond

  • Integrate the session rather than rushing to complete a treatment goal

Healthcare Consulting

Healthcare can be difficult to navigate, particularly when several providers, treatment recommendations, injuries, or insurance requirements are involved.

This consultation offers time to discuss your concerns, organize relevant information, consider questions for your healthcare providers, and identify possible next steps. Support may include preparing for appointments, reviewing treatment options, understanding referrals, coordinating care, and finding appropriate local resources.

Healthcare consulting is educational and collaborative. It does not replace medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare provider.

Schedule a Consultation Call

Begin with a 15-minute telephone consultation to discuss your situation, clarify what kind of support you are seeking, and determine whether healthcare consulting is appropriate for your needs.

There is no obligation to schedule additional services.
